Primary focus for group mobility training sessions are to help improve flexibility, myofascial release, joint stabilization, mind body connection and body strengthening.

Our mobility training sessions consist of a combination of mobility exercises and stretches that help you increase the range of motions and helps reduce muscle soreness, pain and injuries caused due to muscle imbalancing. It also helps in developing better mind muscle connection. Beneficial for individual day to day activity.
