Primary focus for group mobility training sessions are to help improve flexibility, myofascial release, joint stabilization, mind body connection and body strengthening.
Our mobility training sessions consist of a combination of mobility exercises and stretches that help you increase the range of motions and helps reduce muscle soreness, pain and injuries caused due to muscle imbalancing.
